Class Dues

Fiscal Year 2023-24

    As a reminder, July 1 through June 30 is our fiscal year. Most classmates promptly return the dues card with their payment when they receive the first notice in July. It is important that the completed dues card be returned to the treasurer. This indicates the method of payment, changes of contact information and classmate personal news for PAW Class Notes. Credit card payments with the dues card can no longer be accepted because of a change in bank policy. Personal checks along with completed dues card should be mailed to the return address on the front of the dues card: Class of 1955 Princeton University - Dues

   There will be no Class Dues for FY 2023-24. We have $22,000 in our bank account and no outstanding debts or planned activities. We anticipate no major class expenses for the coming year. Please use the return envelope to send news instead of dues for our class secretary as well as changes of address. Contributions to the Princeton University Class of 1955 Foundation which aids '55ers who have fallen on hard times will be gratefully accepted. Class Dues and Foundation gifts are fully tax deductible. 

   Class Dues should not be confused with Annual Giving. Dues are deposited in the Class of 1955 bank account and are used strictly for class activities. Donations to Annual Giving go into the University's general fund. Most classmates contribute to both. Other events, which are self-supporting and not funded from the class treasury, include The Princeton University Class of 1955 Foundation, Annual Giving, Princeton AlumniCorps (formerly Princeton Project 55), Fifty Five Fund for Senior Thesis Research, major reunions, receptions, class dinners and class trips. We hope to include you in any or all of these activities.
